Bilateral commitments in terms of management by the supplier of an independent team, responsiveness to variations in load, scope, technology or the quality of the service provided: a trust relationship that enables large accounts to implement “grouping” strategies with the overarching aim of controlling a select panel of suppliers and “harmonising sourcing policies” within different entities.
