Recruitment step at Maltem Group
Step 1: HR interview/First contact: this initial phase is an opportunity to get to know one another. We expect the applicant to explain their background, their knowledge and their motivations. The recruiter will give more detailed explanations on how the company operates, its current position, as well as career opportunities and advantages at Maltem Consulting Group. This first contact will determine the next steps of the recruitment process.
Step 2: Practice Manager interview: this is an opportunity to compare the applicant’s skills and ambitions in terms of the assignment with the viewpoint of a highly experienced consultant. This stage is a measure of an applicant’s potential to thrive within the structure.
Step 3: Interview No.2/job definition: depending on the applicant’s seniority, this interview may be held with an expert. The aim at this stage is to asses the applicant’s technical abilities, their experience and their reasons for wanting to join Maltem Consulting Group.
Step 4: Final agreement meeting: all of the stages have been successfully passed, and the aim of this meeting is to reach a final agreement between the future employee and Maltem Consulting Group. The contract will be drawn up based on this final meeting.
